Jethro "Jay-Jay" Lord is the founder of JLIV Services, Inc. and has practiced entertainment transactional law since 2006, including six years as a partner at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP.

Throughout his career, Jay-Jay has represented new and established:

• songwriters & composers

• beauty & cosmetic companies
• social media influencers & content creators
• actors, models & celebrities (endorsements, brand ambassadors)

• concert festival & private event production companies (e.g., NYE, corporate parties, weddings, etc.)    

Prior to entering the practice of law, Jay-Jay worked in the artist development, sales, and marketing departments for such prominent music companies as A&M Records, MCA Records, and Fanscape.
